Richmond, VA – May 19, 2016, Vectrona, LLC has been awarded a contract by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) to provide consulting services in Strategic Planning, Systems Analysis, Modeling & Simulation and Emergency Coordination Procedures.
