Vectrona Joins the Complex Operating Environment Consortium

Indianapolis, IN – October 06, 2016, Vectrona, LLC has joined the Complex Operating Environment (COE) Consortium to work alongside other industry partners in developing solutions to challenges in today’s complex operating environments. The COE Consortium, in cooperation with the National Center for Complex Operations (NCCO), will build relationships with the uniformed services, research organizations, academia and private industry to develop enhanced energy and security applications supporting training, operations, engineering and critical infrastructure protection. According to Mathew Konkler, NCCO Executive Director, “The COE Consortium will establish a “CyberTropolis” and complex operating environment centered on the Muscatatuck Training Center (MUTC), its ranges and environs, with four levels: the natural, built, technological and sociological involving academic labs and test-bed ranges for the development and validation of solutions in real time application.” Vectrona is proud to apply our systems analysis and systems engineering capabilities to the effort, while extending the Consortium’s reach through relationships across our network of governmental and private sector customers and partners.
